If the PDF will meet your needs, Acrobat XI Pro is easy to work with, especially for converting an existing paper form to one that can be filled out on the computer. Collecting data through a PDF form can be useful at times, but may not be the best method.  In this workshop we will discuss the pros and cons of a PDF form before getting into the basics of creating a form, distributing a PDF form, and accessing the data.
