According to Howard Ross, everyone, from all walks of life has and experiences the effects of bias. If this is true, the question becomes personal: ”What are my biases?” During this workshop, we will explore Implicit Bias and the effects that phenomenon has on the lives of members of our campus community and what we can do to reduce the impact of bias.
