Self-Assessing Inclusive Teaching 

Improving our teaching is an ongoing developmental process. We often seek to improve our teaching by updating formats of content delivery, implementing new strategies for assessment, infusing technology, and other methods. Just as importantly, inclusive teaching is an ongoing developmental process. Inclusive and equitable teaching and learning is not a final destination, but instead requires us to self assess and be reflective.
