Zoom is our official web-conferencing solution at Appalachian. You can use it to connect with friends, colleagues, collaborators, and users external to Appalachian via Zoom's web client, mobile apps, or even a land-line.
If you'd like to make sure your participants are all set to go for your web conference, point them to the recently-updated Zoom Help Center - where they can find Zoom's new 'One Minute Video Introductions' on the basics of joining and participating in a Zoom conference. It makes getting started really easy!
And remember, you can always use Zoom's test room (a conference that is always open so you can test your Zoom connection) at https://zoom.us/test
