As in past years, the Academic Affairs Office is asking that all syllabi include a statement referencing the academic integrity code, accommodations for students with disabilities, and class attendance policy (including the state mandated religious observance policy).
Faculty may either include the full text from the site below or just state on the syllabus that ASU has official policies covering each of those categories and provide a link to the Academic Affairs site at http://academicaffairs.appstate.edu/syllabi
