Transfer students bring with them previous coursework, experiences, and varying expectations - learn how you can meet those needs and support their success. In this session you’ll learn more about the demographics and characteristics of Appalachian transfer students, what easy steps you can take to welcome them and help them thrive in your classroom, and you’ll hear from current students about their experience of transferring to Appalachian.
